Whitby… beautiful, mysterious and bold. I first went to Whitby 3 years ago. I fell in love with the place instantly. It has a feel to it which is so British yet reserved. A fishing town that does not boast, it’s reputation does all of that for it. If you visit Whitby, be sure to try fish and chips from the Magpie Cafe… Last night, Kris and I arrived around 6pm, the stars glistened in the sky, layer upon layer of sparkly pieces of perfection. The wind slapped across my cheeks, it was freezing. A trip to the Magpie Cafe was first on the agenda, followed by a tricky walk up the pier in the wind. It was a beautifully clear sky, over looking the sea. On the way home we stopped to take some photographs of Whitby Abbey, the car got stuck in the mud and so I reversed whilst Kris pushed, he did say I trapped his leg a bit inbetween the car and the fence, he seems alright now though! haha I can’t wait to go back to Whitby….
